Searching For New Hair, Part 1
November 11, 2007 – 4:44 pm
So I haven’t had my hair professionally styled, colored, or cut in almost a year. Wowzers! And I haven’t fooled with it in about 8 months. Do you know what that means? My hair is almost at its natural color and I’m ready to dye it! It’s a light brown with dark blond and some very light strawberry in it. I think if I gave it five or so more months, all the remnants of bleach and dye would be grown out and I’d have a very light brown color. But it’s so blah on me. Sure, Jennifer Aniston can pull it off but she’s also you know, Jennifer Aniston. So on the 16th, when I get my hair done, I think I’m going to take this hot picture of Hilary Duff with me and ask for something like that. See, I look better as a blond–I’ve been blond for all of my life–but it’s far more expensive than keeping something neutral and close to my real hair color. Now that my fiance and I are trying to save money and finish our degrees, $75 every month or two on getting my hair done just ain’t happenin. One day, though!
So I’m going to try and get my hairstylist to color me like Hilary Duff, but I’m still keeping my options open. If I find something better for me by the 16th, I might pull a last minute switch-a-roo. Other celebrity hair that I like is Jessica Biel (that would make me go a little lighter, which wasn’t what I had originally planned), Mandy Moore (she always has really good hair color), or Jessica Simpso (it always looks good, no matter what). I will update when I’ve made a for sure decision but I’d say I’m 95% sure I’m going with Hilary Duff’s hair. Good choice?
