Remember last week when I told you about my favorite lil’ jogging route in my neighborhood? You know, THIS ONE RIGHT HERE! Well tonight I downloaded this app on my cell phone called MY TRACKS by Google and decided to jog that route and record my run. Here are my stats, via My Tracks:

2.24 mile run tonight at a very slow speed. Well, what do you expect after you eat a burrito and ice cream, your best race ever?? NO! My stomach was so sloshy tonight that by the time I got done with my first lap (1.09 miles) I was like, UM I REGRET THAT ICE CREAM! But I powered through my weak-sauce two laps. It felt good.
Question for you peeps: Where can I buy a decent, not too pricey, elliptical? Matt & I are in the market and we want to get one that will last us a while. We know that we can’t get a gym-quality elliptical but we want one that won’t squeak and move when we use it! Any advice?
