Run & Post-Run Snack

I went straight for my run after work today and woo it was hot! I ran my first 1.09 mile loop in 9:03.20 and my second 1.09 loop in.. 9.54.20. Weird they both ended in .20, or weird that I got 51 seconds slower my second mile? Both. Not as much weird as sucky, but okay, whatever!

Day 9

Also, my sweat looks like an alien!

When I came it I drank a big glass of water but still felt like I needed a little kick before I mow the lawn then cook dinner. So I made a yummy snack.

Cottage cheese

One Cup 2% Cottage Cheese

w half a peach

1/2 of a fresh Peach

w some cinny

With a little cinnamon...

goooood

So good! & Cold & Healthy & Filling! :)

Now I’m off to finish the yard work before mah mannnn comes home. Then I need to start dinner. If I muster up the energy to post that, I will. But if I don’t..
