Since I failed to blog yesterday, I will catch you up on what happened yesterday: nothing exciting. But if you’ve already read your favorite blogs and still feel like killing time on the computer before doing your laundry and going to bed, here’s what happened yesterday, in some more detail 
Thursday:


In the morning, I ran 4 miles at the gym on the treadmill. Shaved 19 seconds off of my previous time, which means PR. Woo. I’d rather add miles than lose time but I pushed myself, got a great work out, and felt exhausted after so I think all is well 
(Edit: I actually got to “fight the puke” for a good 15 minutes after my run because I pushed it so hard at the end.
I ran the first 2 miles at 6.5, the third at 7.0 and the last at 7.2. Didn’t go as high as my last run but I started out faster!)
In addition to the jogged 4 miles, I also walked another 2.00 miles.
Work:

I wore a black sundress to work on Thursday and when I first put it on I kinda of thought “meh” but as the day went on, I liked it more and more. And I wore it after work—sans the white tank—and liked it even better. Isn’t it awesome when something you thought sucked turns out to be great after all? I think so!
For lunch, Sera and I went to Jamba Juice where we got sixteen ounce smoothies (me- Strawberry Nirvana) and MedditeraniYUM pizzas
I know I am spelling that wrong but I’m way too lazy to Google.




It was soo good. And I think it was less than $5, which makes it a way better option for lunch than $10 Panera! Really, really good!
After a long day of sitting at my desk and doing the same thing a million times on repeat, I put up a quote from Conan O’Brien and called it a day! (I hate people who tape stuff to their monitors and now I am one!) 

I believe that!
After work I just cleaned up, did some foam rolling and relaxing. Best part? Netflix (although they increased their prices and ultimately got crappier) added Mad Men to their streaming, and since I love Jon Hamm, I am super happy!
I watched the first episode with Matt Thursday night in bed. Awesome!
Today:
My workout was awesome and so is this:

Creepin’ behind me no matter what I am going or where I’m at.
At the gym I did a strength workout that including my butt, legs, and some light abs. It included a coo down hike (about 15 minutes/1 mile) as well. Today I walked 1.50 miles, bringing my Monday through Friday mileage to 30.5 miles so far. I count Saturdays, too, since I only take Sunday off so hopefully I can sneak some extra miles in there tomorrow!
After showering, grabbing some snacks for work, and slamming some more coffee I drove off to my desk among desks and lost another 8 hours of my precious life… (dramatic, yes?)


You’d think I love myself because all of these pics but no (yes, but no!) but really what I am doing is taking enough so that later I can find something amusing in them, like this:

The porch pooper! Caught! I actually knew which cat was the porch pooper/lurker, but never got a picture before. Her name? Paris. Kinda fitting, no? 
At work my boss took me and my coworker out to lunch. We went to Applebee’s and I get what I always get… the weight watchers/under 550 shrimp and rice for 370 calories. It’s pretty good. Today it was just so-so.

The rest of my day has been filled with errands, vacuuming, Lysol wiping, bed making, laundry doing, floor cleaning, dish washing madness
I think I might go to bed early tonight.. Like a mini vacation!
