    Oh, fun quiz time!rnrn1. Clif Z Bars or Pink Lady Applesrn2. Asics or Adidas (I like different ones based on use)rn3. Shorts rn4. I was always a “gearless” girl, but I just got my Garmin 405rn5. I sort of detest cross-training. I’d much rather just run!rn6. My favorite healthy dish is probably something that involves a sweet tater or vegetarian chili!rn7. I think you’ve probably already read a lot about my journey :) Though I’m struggling with having gained a bit of it back, I lost over 80 pounds through running and diet.rn8. Not really much a fan of the protein shakes or most bars.rn9. I like my arms. And I have calf muscles that can probably be seen from miles away!rn10. I see lots of people making protein-drink based ice cream. Seems sort of strange to me, but I love me some ice cream– and this could be done without dairy.rn11. I have about 15 different blogs in my Google Reader.rn12. Oh yeah, love me some yoga. I try to go 4-5 times a week.rn13. The best giveaway would probably be a years supply of potatoes! My nickname growing up from my grandpa was Idaho!rn14. I have tried to get away from feelings of shame and guilt when I have an “off” day. I just try to rreset and think about why the previous was bad. Was I eating because of stress or was it just a worthwhile indulgence?rn15.     Ooo Fun!rnrn1.Celery and penutbutter, with raisons: Ants on a log!rn2. Nike Shocksrn3. Usually Capris, but I have all the above!rn4. I have an Iphone Running App!rn5.I like to mix it up, a little of both!rn6. Anything grilled!rn7. I just completed my first half marathon in March! That’s pretty cool!rn8. Yes.rn9. Hmm, probably my arms…or my chest! ;) rn10. Cold oatmeal bowlsrn11. I just kind of started! but it’s fun!rn12. I try to. rn13. Gym clothes, or new healthy foods!rn14.     1. Green Apples. Simple & yummy.n2. Adidas. I’ve got pretty big feet & they fit better than anything else.n3. Capris or long pants, no one should be subjected to the sight of my thighs lol.n4. All I need are my tunes, the rest is unnecessary.n5. I’d rather go for the long run but I force myself to cross train.n6. Lately I’ve been in love with spinach leaf salads, but my ultimate fave would have to be poached halibut. n7. My weight loss story is currently in process, but so far I’ve lost 14 pounds in 4 weeks. The first 10 came off so fast and now I’m working to maintain a weekly 2 pound drop. Only 82 lbs more to go till I reach my goal, which sounds extreme but I’m taking it one week at a time & I’m actually enjoying the hard work.n8. I do drink whey protein shakes but only when I’m in a hurry & need the protein in a jiffy after a workout. n9. Currently my face lol. It’s a copout answer but my smile is the only thing I don’t have to work on. Everything else I’m working hard to improve. n10. I’m a food lover so I’ve tried just about everything, especially since I am eating mostly raw foods lately which is a huge change from my old habits. I’m really not wary to give anything a try.n11. WWTDD – the author is hilarious imo. News in Film – so I can keep up with what’s going on in film. Woot – don’t want to miss a good deal. Your blog is quickly becoming a daily read :) I like the focus on healthy living which is what I’m all about right now.n12. Nope, I’d like to give it a try though.n13. Gift card for active wear would be pretty spiffy.n14. Hah this question is right up my alley since I had a bad day a few days ago :) I just put it past me. Realize that it was only one day & move on. I wake up the next day, put on my headphones, listen to some energizing music & make myself get back to the gym. For me, music is the quickest motivator. n15. Right now I listen to a Couch to 5K running app on my iPhone that tells me when to run and walk. For Christmas I am asking for a Garmin Forerunner though! :) n 5. I do have a new pair of asics and I am loving them.rn3.Do you wear running skirts, shorts, capris or long pants? Right now I run in my Nike Tempos. If it’s cooler I have an awesome pair of running capris. Once winter hits, I’ll switch to running tights. After I had my boys in June 2009, I lost most of the baby weight pretty quick. But on June 30 I weighed myself and set a goal. My goal was 22.5 pounds I wanted to lose to get to my wedding weight.
