Hump Day Lunch

tooney(TUNA!)

First I had a can of chunk light tuna in water mixed with a little bit of relish and some light mayo. If I was at home/had been thinking this morning, I would normally add red onion, cucumber, and maybe even some celery. It bulks the tuna up, makes it go farther, and fills you up more! And if I was at home I might’ve eaten this on a Wheat Bread Thin buuut.. crackers love me :) Don’t look at my nail polish, btw.

the usual suspects(The Usual Suspects)

Then I had the usual light yoplait yogurt. Pretty much anything cherry flavored gets my vote. I LOVE me some cherries. This yogurt (Cherry Cobbler) is one of my favorites. I know Danon Light n’Fit is the best yogurt for you, aside from Greek, but I can’t help that I love Yoplait. If it makes you feel any better (not that you guys care), I use Danon Light n’Fit for my smoothies. So there!

yummy banana(Best Friends!)

The banana was lonely so it was joined by a tablespoon of melted reduced fat peanut butter (I brought this from home but forgot my onion! Damn, me!). It was a delicious end to a delicious lunch. If I get hungry before I am off of work, there is a life-long supply of baby carrots in the kitchen at my work. BUUT, I think I’m set! The smoothie was filling and the banana with lunch really filled me up!

the sad remains(Nothing remaining… as usual!)

For dinner tonight? White rice with broccoli and orange chicken. I’m doing a spin on the Orange Chicken Bowls at Applebee’s that Matty loves. Except these are healthier.

UPDATE: Here’s a picture I took with my cell phone of the yum-o orange chicken bowls I made for dinner:
