Today is my 25th birthday. Today I am halfway to 50.
For those of you who know, I work for a very popular poultry company that also owns a Mexican food plant. And I happen to “specialize” in just the Mexican food products that are made. Exciting, I know.
So for my birthday my boss made me the most hilarious thing ever! Burritos! But they are carrot cake with frosting rolled in fondant that has been “toasted” to look like burritos… VERY, VERY clever and SO cute! I absolutely loved it! She joked about doing it for a while but I didn’t think she actually would. Needless to say I was surprised and it was funny! Most of us tried it (really sweet but really good, actually!) and funny enough, it LOOKS like the burritos we make! Haha 
THey also got me a strawberry topped cheesecake. The big yummy one from Costco. I got a big piece and it filled me up.. it was so good.
I am so lucky to work with such nice, caring, giving and special people! The job may not always be exciting but the people are great! It’s been a great birthday so far. And later tonight I’m going to Olive Garden with my family & tomorrow is a big family dinner with the in-laws. Yay
