…or reason to hate women you don’t even know?
Sometimes it’s fun to choose a female celebrity that has a body with features that are aligned with your goal. Or just a famous female with a killer bod.
If magic existed or if metabolisms could work at the speed of light, here would be some of my favorite female celebrity bodies:
I realize these are a random grouping of ladies, but each of them possesses something I really like!
Jessica Biel has a lot of muscle tone and looks like her body is a result of working out very hard and eating very healthy. It’s a perfect combination of muscle and thin.
Carrie Underwood is toned in her arms, legs, and abs, but isn’t overly toned. She isn’t like Jessica Biel, as in, she obviously doesn’t do a lot of hard core weight work outs but it works with her body. She looks healthy and great!
Gabby Reese has washboard abs! I don’t know if you get those from playing sand volleyball or from a grueling ab work out but either way you can tell she is working hard for those suckers! She’s more muscle than I like but it works on her. I love those abs!
Sarah Jessica Parker has a strong, lean, and healthy look about her. She has muscle tone in her whole body, but she also has a filled out, yet thin, look about her. Does that make sense? She isn’t rail thin but she isn’t solid muscle either. She just looks strong! And she’s got amazing legs!
Sarah Chalke doesn’t have much muscle tone but it appears she may do light cardio, as her legs seem to have shape and light muscle tone. If I was naturally thin and didn’t need to work out, Sarah has a perfect “all natural” look going on! Plus she’s super cute
