Dinner & A Movie… & Groceries

Tonight Matt and I went out to dinner at Chili’s. It’s seriously 5 minutes from our house, they have a guiltless grill menu and an AC that will literally freeze you, so what could be better? I got a cup of Guiltless Green Chile soup:

And Matt got a side salad (couldn’t snap a picture quick enough). Then for our main courses I got the Guiltless Grill Chicken wrap with steamed veggies (610 calories, approximately):

Guiltless Chicken Wrap with Veggies

Full of Chicken, Corn, Veggies with some Tortilla strips!

And my husband Matthew ordered the Guiltless Grill Chicken Sandwich with cheddar cheese & steamed veggies (doesn’t normally come with the cheese), which looked like this:

We enjoyed our meals (Matt’s was also 610 calories) with lots of fresh brewed ice tea. Yummy :) Then we jammed home so I could shower and we went to the movies and saw Salt. Holy movie full o’ bad wigs and crazy stunts! I liked it, though! Angelina Jolie is so pretty!

Then we ran to Safeway, where we got hummus, lunch meat, reduced fat cheddar cheese, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, yoplait flavored yogurt, sugar free coffee creamer, nutella, tostitos, peaches, bananas, asparagus, fresh green beans, nectarines, and powerade.

My favorite part:

Greek Yogurts Galore :)

…Restocking my Greek yogurt collection AND getting to try three new flavors.. the ones that come with fruit! Yummy! I hope they are good. And Matt got these, which I loove but am trying not to eat, since they have a considerable amount of sugar and far less protein than my ‘gurt:

Yummy Yoplaits!

After cooking dinner for tomorrow night (yeah, I like to get ahead like that!) I was pretty hot and tired. After all, it’s been a long day! Work, running, dinner, errands, cooking! Here’s the teriyaki chicken we’re having with broccoli tomorrow night:

After all that, I needed a little snack :) So I cut up a fresh & ripe banana and paired it with 1/2 tablespoon (50 calories worth) of Nutella. This was my first time buying Nutella and I kind of wish I would’ve just got the Reduced Fat peanut butter but… I’m trying new things! For a 140 calorie snack, it was pretty good. I just don’t know how nutritional Nutella is!

Naner with 1/2 tablespoon Nutella spread!

Now I’m happy and it’s 10:35 and I still have to re-paint my horribly chipped finger nails! Luckily I already made coffee for tomorrow morning so that will buy me a little more time when the alarm goes off!

Hope everyone had a good Monday & an even better Monday night. Sweet dreams!

XOXO Shelby :)

Ya it smells better than it looks :) I'm making it with steamed brocculi & white rice. I knew I wouldn't run this morning = I have to run after work = wouldn't wanna cook after that so I made it last night. It's those B/S tenders!
