Clif Crunch Granola Bar 4-Box Giveaway!

CLIF Crunch and CLIF Bars from Clif Bar & Company... Thank you again!

I know I started calling it Giveaway Wednesday but surprises are much more fun!

Surprise! It’s GIVEAWAY time again :) And this time I am really excited because I personally buy so much Clif Bar & Company products that I WOULD ENTER TO WIN THIS if it wasn’t my own contest. Seriously. Or can I? (Kidding, just kidding)

Last Friday I received an amazing box via UPS… full of my favorite flavors of Clif Bars and Clif’s new Clif Crunch granola bars. I was totally stoked to find out that I could keep it all! Wahoo, what could be better than that? I’ll tell you right now! Not only do I get to keep it and review it, but I get to host a giveaway for you luckies! That’s right, Clif is giving away 4-boxes of CLIF Crunch granola bars (one of each flavor) to ONE awesome, amazing, cool reader.

But before the enter-to-win details, here’s some information about the CLIF Crunch bars, from CLIF:

Created by the athletes and foodies in the CLIF Kitchen, CLIF CRUNCH is the first line of crunchy granola bars to feature whole, baked-in chips made of chocolate, white chocolate and peanut butter for bursts of flavor throughout the bars. Organic oats, barely and rye, along with rice crisps, create an original flavor profile and give the bars their lighter-textured crunch.

CLIF CRUNCH comes in four delicious flavors: Chocolate Chip, Honey Oat, Peanut Butter, and the category’s first White Chocolate Macadamia Nut flavor. The bars are 70 percent organic and made with all-natural ingredients. Each tw0-bar packet delivers a full serving of organic whole grains, 4-5 grams of protein, and is a good source of fiber.

CLIF CRUNCH has a suggested retail price of $3.99 per 10-bar box. One percent of the net sales will be contributed to 1% for the planet.

I’m usually not a super big fan of crunchy granola bars because I’m pretty sloppy and I typically get more down my shirt then in my mouth. But honestly, these are amazing. They are more moist and fresh tasting than the crunchy Nature Valley granola bars and they have just the right amount of sweetness.

My husband loved the White Chocolate Macadamia Nut bars because of the smooth white chocolate texture and the amazing flavor of the Macadamia Nuts. I tried one bar (he ate the others) and I loved it, too. I ate it plain and it was the perfect post-lunch snack!

The morning after I received my samples, I crushed up a Chocolate Chip CLIF Crunch granola bar and put it on top of my fruit and greek yogurt. It added so much flavor and the chocolate was not over powering at all. Really very, very good!

The other two flavors–Honey Oat and Peanut Butter–are equally yummy. You know how much I love Peanut Butter so I went ahead and put some more RF Peanut Butter on it and WOW. Super good. Also good plain. And also good with peaches!

Great gads– what a giveaway!rnrnClif bars were a great aid to me when I originally started dieting. I ate a GoLean bar during my hour long commute every morning. Now I still use Clif products– especially the bars (meal replacement when I’m traveling) and gels/blocks (for racing). I have not tried the Crunch variety though. I would definitely go for the While Chocolate Mac. first, because that is a great combo, but I would also be curious for the honey oat, as I like the idea of crumbling it over some fro-yo or cereal :)

My favorite flavor would probably be the peanut butter…bc you cannot go wrong with anything peanut butter flavored. Am i right?

I am relatively new to Clif Bars, but in a short time I have become a fan for life!nnI am a 22 year old man from the Midwest, and last winter I became severely ill. I’ve always been a stocky and muscly guy, but I soon found that no matter what I ate or drank, no matter how raw or unprocessed the food, even plain pasta and water, I could not keep it down! It’s as if my body was rejecting EVERYTHING.nnI began to lose drastic weight, and I had to combat severe dehydration. I had never been so sick in my entire life. I was so weak from malnutrition that I found it difficult to walk up the stairs in my home, and even standing in the shower became unbearable.nnTest after test, and months after watching my body eat away at itself, the doctors still could not tell me what was wrong. Finally, after consulting with numerous doctors and surgeons, it was ruled that I suffer from ideopathic gastroparesis, a gastrointestinal disease that compromises the stomachs ability to function, and intrinsically affects all other organs in the G.I. tract. In the case of ideopathic gastroparesis, the cause can not be ascertained, and there is no cure.nnI have tried several medications that caused horrible side effects that eclipsed any relief I received, and I’ve since found that all I can do is manage my symptoms with the expectation that I will have “bad days” where I cannot maintain nourishment or hydration.nnAt the recommendation of my doctor and others, I have been searching for months for protein and nutrient packed items that contain most of the nutrition we get in an entire day in as small of a portion as possible. This is important to me because I am able to eat about 1/3 or less the amount of food a normal person can when I am sick.nnAs I have been all natural and organic conscious for years before I became sick, it continues to be of even greater importance now that I am sick. And this is what led me to my initial discovery of Clif Bars!nnJust a couple of weeks ago, I discovered the Clif Builder bars! These all natural (and incredibly delicious bars) overpower the competitor’s bars in terms of protein content by weight, and eliminate all unnecessary fillers found in the other bars.nnAs I am still a new Clif fan, I am still working my way through their products, but with the help and peace of mind that they give me, I will not buy any other brand!nnThat’s it for my long, inspirational story…thank you for reading!nnAs for how I would eat a White Chocolate Macadamia bar, the first thing that spurs to my mind is crumbled on top of a scoop of some fat free frozen yogurt with heaps of fresh raspberries!
