Fresh Strawberries on Multi Grain Waffles

Mmm, now that’s what I call breakfast! This morning I woke up and decided I wanted something other than cereal or a Clif Bar. Sometimes you need change, right?! I went downstairs, started a pot of coffee and decided Sunday morning was a perfect morning for Strawberry-topped Multi-Grain Waffles with Sugar Free Syrup. Yum.

While I was cutting up the strawberries I toasted the waffles:

Multi-Grain Waffles (140 calories for 2)

Unbelievably, I finished with the strawberries before the waffles were done! That gave me time to snap some pre-breakfast pictures of my mini-feast.

The waffles were so warm and toasty when they came out; I just knew they were going to be crisp and delicious! I topped them with fresh strawberries and sugar free breakfast syrup. The mixture? Delicious.

Mmm :)

Sunday Morning Breakfast

It was so good and definitely a nice change of pace from the stuff I normally eat! After eating it I calculated the calories: 140 for the 2 waffles, about 100 calories for the fresh strawberries, and 20 calories for the sugar free breakfast syrup. Total: 260 calories. And it was filling and delicious!

It got me thinking.. I wonder what the worst breakfasts out there are? I Googled.

  • General Mills’ Reese’s Puffs. It has more sugar than an actual peanut butter cup! Awful!
  • Krispy Kreme Powdered Cake Doughnut. If you eat this two times a week, that equates to 3 pounds gained in a year!
  • Starbucks Blueberry Scone. This scone has 17 grams of sugar! That’s twice the amount of sugar in a chocolate doughnut! Whoa.
  • Jack in the Box Sausage Croissant. 39 grams of fat, 580 calories, and 13 grams of saturated fat topped with 4 grams saturated fat. Enough said.
  • Jamba Juice Ideal Meal Chunky Strawberry. Although it claims to be an ideal meal, it’s got 590 calories! The sugary smoothie base and granola topping ruins it’s chances.
  • Arby’s Sausage Gravy Biscuit. Just eat a bag of salt instead. Just kidding. But seriously, this meal 4,699 grams of sodium.. seriously!
  • Cinnabon Regular Caramel Pecanbun. This should be called dessert because it certainly isn’t breakfast! With 1,100 calories and 56 grams of fat, it is even bad for dessert!

Wow. I feel bad eating an extra-fully loaded yogurt bowl some mornings but seeing that some people actually eat these things for breakfast.. wow! By 9am you could’ve already consumed 1,000 calories?! That’s insane.

So what is your favorite breakfast?

Ugh, I can’t believe people put that in their belly as a way to start out the day. I would be on the floor :( rnrnMy favorite breakfast is oatmeal– if I have time, the steel cut variety, oh so thick and with a dollop of peanut or almond butter!

If youu2019re asking What Is hCG Diet, that can be answered in a technical sense to begin with. If we are going to define the term hCG, it basically refers to Human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormone. It is produced by the placenta cells of expectant women. It allows the fetus and the mother to benefit from a healthy pregnancy by supplying the vital nutrients for them to thrive. Fact is even males have the hCG hormone in their bodies. However, it resides in cells that are normally inactive. The synthetic form of the hormone is now being used along with a diet plan to help people lose weight and maintain the achieved desired weight. The synthetic hormone, when taken by injections or oral drops, would trigger the hypothalamus gland to work in breaking down and consuming the body fats as a main body fuel source. Thatu2019s the reason for the extremely low calorie diet (500 calories) that accompanies the hCG intake. So hereu2019s another response to our initial question regarding hCG diet: taking hCG together with a strict diet plan is a surefire route to attaining weight loss.

There are two reasons why juicing will help you lose weight. Special nutrients found only in freshly juiced fruits and vegetables make you feeling full and reduce food cravings. Additionally, a study in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition revealed that a low consumption of nutrients are linked to a low metabolic rate and weight gain. Here are the nutrients needed by your body to achieve weight loss, and the fruits and vegetables with the highest concentration of these nutrients, followed by juice recipes to start or to help with your juicing diet. You may be surprised to learn that “calories in, calories out” is just a small part of a successful weight-loss program. Calcium This nutrient plays a vital role in weight loss, and most of us don’t consume enough calcium-rich foods. One food that can help you – and it’s not a dairy product – is broccoli!Fiber An important substance for proper digestion, fiber has the added advantage of fending off hunger pangs for a longer period of time. Not only that, but fiber can help you stave off cravings for sugar.

With a wide array of diet program choices in the market, you must be wondering how hCG Diet Plans differ from any of them. This plan differs in the fact that you would take regular doses of the hCG hormone while youu2019re dieting, which is not included in other weight loss procedures. The hCG hormone has two available forms: drops and injections. Moreover, the hCG weight loss plan comprises a strict caloric intake limitation. Whether you take the oral drops or injections, while setting a limit to your calorie intake to 500 per day for a certain period of time (depending on how many pounds you desire to lose), the system will be burning at least 2,000 calories just from your stored fats. While other calorie-based diets usually suggest for you to choose from certain food groups, hCG diet plans would require you to eat from a highly specific menu. For example, when the menu calls for chicken breast, you shouldnu2019t get a turkey breast as a substitute. Also, there are certain seasonings that you can use liberally on a plain food to make it more palatable and interesting.
